These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Starting Solids — The Complete First-Foods Guide (the "Guide"), an online digital product sold via this website.
The Guide is an online reference covering 64 first foods, with starting ages, allergen flags, health benefits, and safe-serving instructions for each. The Guide is accessed via a private web link on any phone, tablet, or computer. The price is shown on the product page and is charged once per purchase. You are buying a personal-use license to access the Guide, not the underlying content rights.
After payment, you will receive an email containing a private access link to the online Guide. The link is intended for the purchaser's personal use. Please do not share the link, redistribute its contents, resell, or republish the Guide without permission.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If the Guide is not useful for your family within 14 days of purchase, email hello@gerasimenko.tech and we will refund the full purchase price. Because the product is a digital download, we kindly ask that you delete your local copy once the refund is issued.
The Guide is educational reference material based on widely accepted infant nutrition practices. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified pediatrician or other healthcare professional. Always consult your child's doctor for decisions about feeding, allergens, or health concerns.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Guide for personal, non-commercial purposes within your household. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or use of the content to create derivative commercial products is not permitted without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Guide. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide.
